Description
Students will learn about, or review, any historical person with these two timelines. One involves creating a 15 event timeline and expanding on the events by completing 6 tasks (creative and academic). The other involves creating a timeline, classifying its events according to a system detailed in the instructions, answering 4 questions, and completing 2 academic tasks. These can be used in any history class and for any historical person. This could work for a sub!
Sample tasks/questions include:
--What do you consider this person’s greatest success and why? Would historians agree with you, why or why not?
--Should this person continue to be included in history books, why or why not?
--political cartoons
--news articles
