5th Grade Reading Data Tracker

The 5th Grade Level Mastery Tracker is a progress monitoring tool that allows students and teachers to analyze their performance, identify strengths, and areas of improvement based on the grade-level TEKS.

The Mastery Tracker Includes:

- A section for Individual TEK data analysis (It can be used to help set goals for your students, keep track of mastery level, or give students rewards)

- A Coloring section - Students can color each TEK based on the goals or mastery level(s) you establish

This tracker gives your students ownership over their learning as they track how they are progressing on each TEK. This is also a fun, easy, and comprehensible way to show data to parents (and administrators too)!

This resource can be used in:

• Data folders/Skills Folders
• Intervention/Remediation/Tutoring

This resource is based on the TEKS and Reporting Categories listed on the STAAR Reading assessed curriculum
