Addition and Subtraction Basic Facts - A Holiday Game

ESCAPE FROM THE HOLIDAY ZOMBIES!

If you purchased my Escape from the Zombies, this is the same game but with a holiday touch.

No prep need except to copy the game board

Students will have a great time trying to escape from the holiday zombies. This is a perfect game for students to play before winter break. Players work their way around a game board, practicing basic addition and subtraction facts, identifying odd and even numbers, and comparing numbers using greater than and less than. Players also review math vocabulary words such as sum and difference.

Included in this product:

• 1 game board – color and black and white
• Example of the game

Students can play this game with partners or in a small group. The players take turns moving around the game board by following the arrows. On each turn, the players roll 2 dice. A player may only move if they roll the combination listed on the next space on the game board. The players may NOT skip spaces. If they do not roll the combination on the next space, they may NOT move, and it is the next player’s turn.
