Description
Students will work in groups to learn how laws are made in the US. and understand the roles each branch of government plays in the law making process. Students will work in cooperative learning groups to complete a How Laws are Made order game. Students will then participate in a reading activity focusing on the roles of the branches of government. This lesson is used to introduce students to the processes of the branches of government in the US.
