Dimensions of Health Wellness Wheel Unit 1 Middle & High School Teens

8 Dimensions of Health Wellness Wheel Unit for Teens! Aligned with the National Health Education Standards. Ready to go, low prep! All slides are EDITABLE!

Unit 1 includes 5+ hours of classwork including:

-Introduction on how to use the lessons

-Lesson 1.1 - students will write down the definition of "health" and the definition for each dimension of health, as well as answer personal reflection questions

-Lesson 1.2 - students will be given health scenarios and decide if the student is healthy or unhealthy, as well asl design a backpack, bedroom, or locker with one thing from all 8 dimensions to show the student is healthy

-Lesson 1.3 - students will research 3 ways to improve their health in each of the 8 dimensions

-3 Skills based projects to choose from

-Review activity (Blooket Game)

-Summative assessment
