Description
Students will review 22 events from European Imperialism (Imperialism in World History) with this timeline stations and map activity. They will first put together one timeline with 12 events and write academic identifications. They will then match 10 other events to their identification, expand on the identification, and put them in chronological order. The third station (or task) is image analysis and the final station (or task) are 2 maps with 39 labels.
Sample timeline items the Boxer Rebellion, the Berlin Conference, the Battle of Adowa, the Open Door Policy, the First Indian National Congress, the Sepoy Rebellion, and more!
Teacher information and the answers are included where appropriate. This would be great for a sub if used as an individual or pairs packet!
