Description
Financial Literacy Canada is a financial education course for high school students. Students will learn to live within their means and will make more informed decisions when they encounter different life events. This unit covers topics such as:
1. understanding a paycheck
2. budgeting
3. creating an emergency fund
4. attending post-secondary education
5. planning for a career
6. paying off debt
7. making good spending choices
8. buying a vehicle
9. buying a house
10. investing
Each student has their own package to work through complete with information and reflection questions. This will encourage each student to think about their individual situation and plan ahead for the future. This product also includes teacher implementation notes, "Dynamic Discussion", "Financial Literacy Canada Jeopardy", a unit test, and answer keys.
