Description
This lesson is designed to last for an hour of class time or longer.
Students will be provided with background information about Climate. They will show what they know by completing engaging classroom activities and answering various depths of knowledge of questions related to the lesson.
Students will build their background knowledge by participating in a warm-up activity related to climate.
They will show their understanding by creating a visual representation of climate.
Some of the questions students will address individually include
-How would you describe climate?
-Compare/Contrast: climate and weather.
-Describe why the study of climate is important.
-Research global climate change and write a one page finding response paper.
