It's time to change how you teach art history to your students as they become the teacher! In this lesson, students will be placed into four groups. Each group will be assigned one artwork: Chavín de Huántar, Yaxchilán, Templo Mayor, or Ruler's Feather Headdress.

• Step 1 (Day 1): Break students into groups and review the directions.
• Step 2 (Day 1): Students will read the articles provided and create a PowerPoint presentation using the Google Slides template provided based on their assigned artwork.
• Step 3 (Day 2): Students will present their assigned artwork to the class while audience members take notes.

This resource comes as a Google Drive resource. When you download this resource, you will see the terms of use and printing notes. On the printing notes page, you will have a link to the Google Drive folder. You will need to make a copy of the material if you would like to edit it. All of these instructions, including a step-by-step visual guide on how to use this resource, is included in the terms of use. If you would like to print the resource material, you can do so. Simply go to "File," "Download," and "PDF" to save the resource as a PDF and print! While there are both print and digital options, students will create their presentations on a single Google Slides document.
