Description
Welcome! This four-page modified test about periodic law and trends is for students taking high school chemistry who need accommodations. It complements the Periodic Laws and Trends Exam for Chemistry I previously published.
This test is primarily multiple-choice in question format. I converted all of the original short answer questions to multiple-choice. The preexisting multiple-choice questions have fewer answer choices, students do not need to defend true or false answers, and the fill-in-the-blank section has fewer lines. Students will need access to a periodic table during the test.
This exam features the following six sections.
- History and general questions
- Ionization
- Isoelectronic series
- Electronegativity and trends in electronegativity
- Ionization energy and trends in ionization energy
- Atomic radius and trends in atomic radius
This PDF file will become editable upon conversion to Microsoft Word using an Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Program. It comes with a four-page key with the answers in bold, red font. I edited this document with the premium version of Grammarly.
