Phlebotomy Tube Additives and Order of Draw Foldable - FREE!

Use this foldable as a study aide that goes in student notebooks or simply to quiz each other in class on additives and order of draw. Print out both pages- either print both pages on white and have students color each word the appropriate color, or you can print on a colored paper to make it more difficult for students to see the additives below. After cutting out both pages, students cut slits between each color tube on the NHA Order of Draw page, then glue the NHA Order of Draw page on the left of the perforated line to the Additives page. Students then quiz themselves and each other on tube order (tubes are arranged in order of draw and additives).
