Badge Buddies- Great for Clinical Internship Students

Inspired by a request from a teacher, this download is for printable "badge buddies"- cards that students can place behind their ID cards.  This is great for Clinical Internship students to be easily identified as well as provide "hidden" information that may find useful.

The document included is a Microsoft Word document that can be modified if you want to change it.  However, if you need more altering or are unsure of how to make the changes you want, you can purchase the Modifiable Version, and I will work with you to create the cards you want specifically.  Need different colors?  Want it to be front and back?  Need it to say something different?  I can work with you to make it exactly like you want.  If that is something you'd rather have, click HERE to see that option.

This download includes the title "STUDENT" on each card, as well as the following hidden "cheat note" options:

• Vital Sign Ranges
• Faces Pain Rating Scale
• Directional Terms/Planes
• LB to KG conversion

These are scaled to fit behind a standard horizontal 2 1/8" by 3 3/8" ID badge with a little hang below to display the title.  It is suggested that they be printed on cardstock and then laminated for durability.
