Place Value with Decimals

Looking for an effective digital lesson on place value? This lesson first reviews place value of whole numbers, explaining how place value works and how it's based on the Base Ten number system. Students will first review whole number place value, write numbers in expanded form, and move number chips into the correct place value following the slide instructions. It then expands to place value to the right of the decimal point, and concludes with a riddle that can be solved by typing the correct letters in the given place value. Product includes a printable foldable to add to the interactive notebook, and a printable worksheet to follow the digital lesson.
