Remote or in Person computer digital art design a shoe ad art lesson Grades 6-12

No software needed, this uses a free website called Canva.com so students can design a shoe advertisement. Students will learn about design basics, typography, layout and careers in graphic art. Students will be given reading plus video tutorials. Students will have access to easy to use computer design in Canva.com to create an ad for a shoe that has specific requirements. A self reflection evaluation sheet is attached. The elements of art will be incorporated as well as real world connections. This project is a fun way to explore a art career that is relevant and widely used today. I have used this design site many times and it is much easier to use than Procreate and Photoshop in my opinion. If you enjoyed this lesson try out one of my other listings!
