Seasonal Same or Different Task Boxes

Seasonal Same or Different Task Boxes are convenient and organized to be used in an autism support classroom, Pre-K Special Education Classroom, other Special Education Classrooms, home therapy, or speech & language therapy. 

This bundle contains 4 seasonal Same or Different Task Boxes.  These Same and Different Task Boxes cannot be purchased individually at this time.

Purpose:

In general, task boxes encourage independence as the student takes the task out of the box, completes it, and puts it away with minimal or no guidance.

Task:

The Same or Different Task Box Bundle is the materials you need to make 4 task boxes for determining if two cards are the same or different. If you are not familiar with Task Boxes, the boxes are simply made up of materials to complete a short task. You supply the boxes and these resources Same or Different for fall, winter, spring, and summer.

Description: The four resources in this bundle are described below.

With Same or Different the student’s task is to look at two cards with the same letter on the bottom right-hand corner and determine if the pictures are the same or different. The activity mats are 8 1/2 x 11 with the same and different at the top. 2 mats for the same and 2 mats for different. The mats have visuals underneath the words. There are 52 same/different sorting cards, 4 same/different activity mats, How to Use, Printing Instructions, Label for Task Box, an Example with Mat and cards, and a Check card (Answer Key) showing the letters of the cards which are the same and the letters of the cards which are different. 

The teacher should model how to use the task box before student usage.
