This activity is a great way to encourage students in a daily physical fitness challenge while they are at home. The lesson includes 15 daily activities that will challenge your students creativity while covering the major areas of fitness including: cardiovascular, muscular strength, flexibility, agility, balance and coordination.
Each day students are given instructions to complete a physical challenge. All of the activities can be done without specific equipment and most require the students to complete questions after they complete the task.
