4-Square is an assignment that allows students to use their visual interpretation to showcase what a particular historical event looks like. Students will write a summary, draw pictures based on given historical events, and answer questions in relation to the historical topic. Five student examples from a history unit is included to give both teachers & students a visual example. This assignment incorporates writing and allows students to depict how they see history visually.
