6th-8th Needs Assessment

This needs assessment works great for middle school students who are at that age where they are still needing assistance in managing their emotions sometimes but like to have the more “grown-up” look on their printables and papers (hence, the more “cool” fonts, etc. and much less of the cutesy clipart). 

It is fast and easy, and gives you a good idea of what to focus on if you want to do groups and could also be used if you wanted to focus on some social-emotional classroom lessons as well. Very low-prep as well, while giving you easy data to use for your school-counseling program!
