Sample questions include:
--What was the Wade-Davis Bill and why wasn’t it the accepted Reconstruction Plan?
--Describe the scope, reach, and responsibilities of the Freedman’s Bureau. Did it help Reconstruction achieve its goals, why or why not?
--What purpose did dividing the South into military districts serve? Did it help Reconstruction achieve its goals, why or why not?
--Explain the purpose of loyalty oaths in Reconstruction. Why did Johnson and Lincoln both favor 10%?
