Need anchor charts for NGSS CCC and SEP? These large (18 in x 24 in) posters give students a visual way to recognize and work with NGSS Crosscutting Concepts (CCC) and NGSS Science and Engineering Practices (SEP).

With the three-dimensional learning called for by NGSS, students need to know when to use scientific skills (SEP) such as asking questions and developing models. Crosscutting Concepts (CCC) are the frames through which scientists think about the natural world. They are the big ideas that connect the sciences and help to understand nature and how scientists work.  Students who understand the CCC will have a stronger framework for investigating and understanding scientific phenomena.

To print at home I use Adobe and then go to the printer preferences and select "Poster". It should show you options that allow you to print the poster as multiple pages that can be pieced together to make one large poster.

If you would like the poster on a single large sheet of paper, I use the printing services from a copy shop that has the ability to print on larger sheets of paper.
