Angle Sum of a Triangle and Exterior Angles

Students will learn and practice finding the missing angle measurement of a triangle, and calculate an exterior angle of the same triangle. They will find alternate interior angles and corresponding angles in two parallel lines intersected by a transversal and use their knowledge to prove the angles of a triangle between 2 parallel lines intersected by 2 transversals add up to 180 degrees.
