Arcadia - Graphic Novel Unit

Students are guided through reading and comprehension of the graphic novel Arcadia. Students are asked to do short literary analyses of each section of reading. Students are asked to write an essay using skills and understanding gained during reading and analysis as a cumulative assessment. All materials to guide students through activities and learning via powerpoint as well as handouts and readings are included in both editable and PDF formats. This unit should take a few weeks of class time, depending on pacing. Units come in a zip file that will need to be extracted after download. All computers come with extraction programs.
