Bullying Hurts - Poster

The goal of this poster is to create an enthusiastic learning environment where students and teachers are challenged with engaging and open discussion on bullying and its effects on a student.

 This poster creates discussion on bullying and the importance of knowing and understanding that bullying hurts and it is not safe behaviour.  

 I encourage the students to discuss and question:

Why does a bully want to hurt another student?

The target is encouraged to develop skills to self-care as nobody as the right to hurt you.  Bullying is not acceptable.  Understand the aim of the bully is to hurt.  With awareness develop skills to self-care and self-protect and do not permit another person to hurt you by bullying you.  The poster creates awareness that a student does not have to become entangled in dysfunctional behaviour.
