Description
Students will review the act, events, developments, and more from the road to revolution (causes of the American Revolution) with this timeline project and stations activity. They will put together a timeline with 12 events and write academic identifications. They will also match 12 other events to their identification, expand on the identification, and put them in chronological order. The third station (or task) is image analysis and the final station (or task) is a map with 29 labels.
Sample timeline items include the Boston Massacre, the Stamp Act, Common Sense, the Intolerable/Coercive Acts, the Proclamation Line of 1763, and the Boston Tea Party.
Teacher information and the answers are included where appropriate. This would be great for a sub if used as an individual or pairs packet!
