PLEASE NOTE: It is recommended that you print out these pages on card stock or copy paper. It is also recommended that you laminate these cards so that you can use them for multiple uses.

With this purchase, you will receive ZIP file that contains the grayscale and colored versions in a separate PDF. You will have to unzip the file before using it.
