This product has been designed for the intention of helping introduce a 1970s / Civil Rights themed unit and the vocabulary your students will encounter. It is wonderful for sub plans or as a reward for those who finish their work early. It increases student engagement and creativity. It reinforces ELA grammar skills and gives and opportunity for students to put their newfound knowledge into action!
