This lesson will not only provide you with a web quest but also discussion and extension lesson activities. The bulk of this lesson requires students to read information from a primary source found online as a means of building their background knowledge about the topic.

Students will show their understanding by answering various open-ended questions related to the Civil Service Reform. The Civil Service Act Webquest provides both teachers and students with an assignment that is engaging and beneficial on both ends.
