Description
Students in human anatomy and physiology will cut out nine cards in this activity, each of which describes a step in the clotting process (hemostasis). Then students will practice sorting the rectangular-shaped informative placards into the correct order of the physiological process. Upon accurate completion, students may opt to number the correct sequence on the backside. Key terms about the process include fibrinogen, prothrombin, vascular spasms, fibrin, vasoconstriction, thrombin, and prothrombin activator. I provided an answer key. I recommend having scissors and large gem paper clips on hand for each student, which are not included.
