Sight Word Sentence Writing Set 1 is an activity that was created to focus on sight words and strengthening sentence writing. Your students will learn the Fry’s First 100 sight words while they work on sentence writing. What an excellent way to tackle learning more than one skill!
There is a page for each of the words 1-25 on the Fry’s First 100 sight words list. Students will begin by coloring in the sight word in one color. Then they trace the sentence that is modeling the use of that sight word. Next, they can move on to unscrambling words to form a correctly written sentence. Then students can show off their writing skills and use the sight word in their own sentence.
