Description

Students will review the Compromise of 1820 (Missouri Compromise), the Compromise of 1850, and the Kansas-Nebraska Act by identifying primary source excerpts, explaining whether quotes support or oppose the measures, and matching them to partial identifications. They will also analyze 3 political cartoons, answer 3 causes of the Civil War questions, and label a map (states, territories, application of the compromises, 3 facts for each). The matching section includes the Wilmot Proviso and Crittenden Compromise.

The answers are included where appropriate and this would be great for a sub!
