Description
In this distance learning document, there is a historical prompt for every other day (block schedule), with days of the week for Spring (bonus days are a free extra to say thanks, you might like them for later). Students can read a historical prompt based on the calendar day (people, events, history, or accomplishment), and answer one of a few questions that are provided for each day. 26 total pages!! PLUS - Opportunities for extension, self-assessment, webquest searches, and documenting of remote learning. Appropriate for 3rd grade and up, I use it in Middle and High School! A whole semester included!
There are lines underneath to complete a "3-2-1".
- 3 Things that students will learn (I suggest, for distance learning, having students read the news - world, national, local, or positive - as desired by the teacher)
- 2 Things that were interesting from the news (or assigned reading for the day to document their learning)
- 1 Question they still have afterwards (and they have to find the answer and provide a source to verify this information.)
This is one of my favorite resources, and you can use this for a lifetime. I hope you enjoy it, I lowered the price as a gift for all of the distance learning teachers of the world, wishing you all the best! There are even boxes for students to self-score their effort out of 7 for assisted grading or evaluation.
- The month of March starts on page #12
