Description
Students will love this fun and creative project that demonstrates the distributive property of expressions by creating an illustrative poster design!
In this math art project, students will complete a brainstorming sheet for their illustration, pick a set of exercises to complete, and complete a final design which includes a definition, the completed set of exercises, and their illustration.
A visual way for students to understand the distributive property!
Detailed instructions and a completed example design is included.
Only materials needed are colored pencils, crayons, or markers! This project took my class 2, 50-minute lessons to complete. I have used this project for 6th grade, 7th grade, and 8th grade!
The perfect project for your Equations unit, after state testing, or as an end of year project. Math + Art - you will love to see your student's creativity!
