Description
HOW TO USE
- You can make this weekly, monthly, quarterly. I recommend weekly or monthly to keep families informed and not going too long without communication about important events, changes, projects, etc. Quarterly might be too infrequent.
- Print and send home with families after you fill in your details or send virtually via email as a PDF. (Google Slides has a way to save as a PDF: file / download / PDF)
- Make sure to save the original file as a master, for easy copying in the future.
- For making edits, you're mostly just filling in text. Changes to blocks/boxes/images may mess up formatting. You can, however, change font, page colors, etc. Once you have your copy, any changes you make are your responsibility.
- It's a relatively basic form, with no crazy bells and whistles. See the preview for what each page looks like. I designed this as a simple way to update families without having a mammoth of a project each week or month and so on. If you don't need a section, feel free to delete it for that time, or every time. Use this how it suits you!
