For the Activity, there are 3 different options. For information, students can use various information cards on Egyptian Achievements. Each card has short descriptions of these achievements, and some have video links as well!

Achievements include:

- Agriculture - Writing - Math - Astronomy

- Timekeeping - Cosmetics - Dental Hygiene - Architecture

Activity Options:

Option 1 - List and Think Activity Chart where students:

1. List the Egyptian achievements and describe how they were important to Egyptian society.

2. Compare the Egyptian achievements to our society today….What is similar and different?

Option 2: Top 5 Activity

Students pick the top 5 Egyptian Achievements. They then use the space to describe these achievements and why they put them in that position

Option 3: Matchup Activity Worksheet
