The main goal of this lesson is to have students examine and apply various characteristics of Egyptian Gods & Goddesses

There are 3 different Activity options, each based on 2 resources on Egyptian Gods/Goddesses.
- Resource 1 – Box chart of 10 Egyptian Gods/Goddesses (1080 words)
- Resource 2 – Information cards of 10 Egyptian Gods/Goddesses (1150 words)
***Information is the same for both resources, only formatting is different***
- Activity Option 1 – Students complete the box chart, where they come up with words to associate with each god, and determine why an Egyptian might pray to that god
- Activity Option 2 – Students read 9 scenarios and decide which god they would pray to in that situation
- Activity Option 3 – Students create their own social hierarchy of Egyptian deities
Keys are provided for each activity option!
(Note that responses are open ended, and there can be more than one correct answer)
