Description
Students can gain skills in persuasion, research, global awareness, and verbal presentation in this brilliant plan for short speeches and student interest. Students will research a global crisis, or area of concern, and plan a speech to world leaders. 15 options are given, and other choices can be selected with your permission. Directions for students to plan a 90 second speech, and persuade a world leader to change course, are given, this can be a fun short lesson, or time filler in a bigger lesson, or just a break from routine.
