Description

Students will review 30 people, events, battles, treaties, acts, and more from Medieval Europe (Medieval History) with this timeline project and stations activity. They will put together a timeline with 12 events and write academic identifications. They will then match 18 other events to their identification, expand on the identification, and put them in chronological order. The third station (or task) is image analysis and the final station (or task) is a map with 40 labels.

Sample timeline items include the First Crusade, Black Death, Charlemagne crowned emperor, Battle of Tours, Treaty of Verdun, Fall of Constantinople, Magna Carta, papacy moved to Avignon, Justinian's Code, 100 Years' War begins, Marco Polo leaves for China, Reconquista begins, and more!

Teacher information and the answers are included where appropriate. This would be great for a sub if used as an individual or pairs packet!
