Exploration of Texas Bundle

Texas History students will learn about the early explorers of Texas and the establishment of missions with these 11 resources. The PowerPoint can be used as is or printed and used as a gallery walk. It includes a note guide with a variety of comprehension tasks and a short primary source analysis. The task cards ask students 28 questions and there is a map activity to complete. The primary Missions resource includes vocabulary work, map work, and comprehension questions. Students can review what they learned about Missions with the true/false/fix resource, "I Have Who Has," and a quiz. The webquest and primary source analysis touch on different aspects of La Salle, Ft. St. Louis, and have 35 questions between the two of them. The answers are included where appropriate and some of these activities would work with a sub!
