You may have many different feelings about being with a foster family. Some children are sad, angry, scared, or frustrated when they have to leave their home. Remember that ALL of your feelings are okay. Sometimes writing in a journal can help with your feelings. Use your journal to write about all of your feelings whether they are good or bad. You can also add a picture to your journal pages.
This product is intended to help school counselors aid children in foster care with sharing their feelings in a healthy, and safe way.
There are 16 pages total for the children to use. Some pages have prompts and fill-ins, other pages are blank and can be printed so that the counselor or teacher and the child can decide what to write about
