16 puzzle pieces, each different, and together they form a magical mathematical whole.

This resource includes:

The printable version in a PDF file (color and black & white).

Assemble 16 square pieces into a 4×4 grid so that the same small squares connect at the edges.

Chickens and bunnies must always stay upright.

The top strip of small squares must be the same as the bottom one, and the right one must be the same as the left one. This means that we can also connect the top edge to the bottom edge and the right edge to the left edge.

We can also move the 4 outermost square pieces from the left side to the right side or the 4 top square pieces to the bottom and vice versa, and we will still have our puzzle correctly arranged.
