Description

The Gettysburg Address is one of the United States most famous speeches in the history of the Untied States. In the middle of the Civil War, President Abraham Lincoln, delivered a concise yet powerful message to the people of the United States as they dedicated the battlefield in Gettysburg. Help your students research and rewrite the document in their words while working individually, in small groups, or as an entire class.

The whole class poster is a great way to culminate a lesson over the famous speech. It can be completed in one class day with very little prep!

There are many different assignment options available within this product! There is individual work and whole class discussions that take place and that's why these posters are some of my favorite lessons we do in our class. I love assignments that allow my students to be creative, they have a specific task to complete, they can have, and. meaningful conversations with classmates.
