The main goal of this lesson is for students to describe and compare the characteristics of 6 different Greek City-States

Activity Options:
There are 3 different activity options based on 6 different city-states.
Resource: Information Cards - 1470 words total, averaging 245 words each
City-states include: Athens, Sparta, Corinth, Thebes, Argos, and Rhodes.
- Activity Option 1- Multiple-choice questions that pair with each city-state’s info card
- Activity Option 2 - A worksheet with various matching and fill in the blank tasks about the characteristics/achievements of each city-state
- Activity Option 3 - Students select the different city-states that answer each of the 12 questions
