Homophones to, too, & two Thanksgiving Worksheets

This print and go product gives them 4 different options to focus on grammar skills with the main concept of homophones, specifically TO, TOO, & TWO. The real-world scenarios presented in each worksheet are sure to engage them in learning and add an element of fun to the holiday season. Designed with different abilities in mind, this product is differentiated to meet the needs of most learners. The first worksheet is simplified in that learners are instructed to only circle the correct answer. The second worksheet builds on the first, wherein learners choose between two options and write the correct answer on the line. Finally, the third worksheet instructs learners to use their knowledge of to, too, & two homophones to fill-in the blank for each sentence. On the three worksheets, brief definitions of the homophones are included. The fourth worksheet is a fun wordsearch where learners find different versions of to, too, & twoalong with a variety of words relating to a group of friends at a Thanksgiving Day parade. Worksheets are available in a color version and a black & white version. Answer keys are also provided for each worksheet. PLEASE NOTE: the color version and black & white version are IDENTICAL.

 WORKSHEET 1: learners will read 12 incomplete sentences with a theme of Thanksgiving traditions and choose which version of to, too, or two best completes the sentence. Learners will circle their answers.

WORKSHEET 2: learners will read 15 incomplete sentences with a “thankful” theme and choose which version of to, too, or two best completes the sentence. Each sentence includes two choices for learners to choose from. Learners will write their answers on the lines.

WORKSHEET 3: learners will read 15 incomplete sentences with a Thanksgiving dinner theme and identify which version of to, too, or two best completes the sentence. Learners will write their answers on the lines.

WORKSHEET 4: learners will read 10 sentences with a Thanksgiving Day parade theme. Some sentences require learners to identify the which version of to, too, or two best completes the sentence. Then, they will find the correct version in the wordsearch. Other sentences are written with the correct version of to, too, or two. Learners will find the bolded/underlined Thanksgiving-themed word in the wordsearch.
