  • On the worksheet, students answer various comprehension questions on a maps compass, legend, and scale
Activity Part 2: Map & Multiple-Choice Questions
  • Students apply what they have learned about the parts of a map by completing the “Test Your Skills Worksheet”
  • For this activity, students will examine a Physical Map of the U.S. and complete 10 multiple choice questions. 5 questions assess their use of the compass/key, and the next 5 focus on using the scale/ key
