Description
Students will watch and analyze a 5 minute video about the two sides of Henry Tudor's legacy by answering 23 questions. They will then complete an extension task and determine where on the hero or villain scale they see him. The answers are included where appropriate. The video is from TedEd.
Sample questions include:
--What is Henry considered a reformer for?
--How is the answer to question 2 immediately countered
--How was that connected to the Anglican Church?
--Could it be said that Henry’s third marriage was a turning point in British History, why or why not?
--Identify a unique aspect of his marriage to Katherine Parr.
--Compare and contrast the main points made of Henry domestically and in terms of foreign policy.
--For what purpose did Henry use the crown’s stability according to the narrator?
