Korean War DBQ

Students analyze 14 documents (3 images and 11 text), answer 14 historical context questions, complete a sorting chart, and write a DBQ essay to review the Korean War. There are 10 essay prompts for students to choose from (one allows for the class or teacher to make one of their own). The answers are included where appropriate and the initial analysis part would be great for a sub!  ***Some of the sourcing is generalized so that students have to place it in the historical context/event themselves.***

Sample questions include:
--Citing evidence from the text to support your answer, does Document 1 support or oppose American involvement in Korea and why?
--How does MacArthur justify continued American involvement in Korea in Document 3? 
--Does Document 9 support or contradict Document 5? Cite evidence from the text to support your answer.
--Identify the phrase from Document 14 that could predict maintaining the 38th parallel rather than having a true end to the war.
