Description
This product is a interactive, engaging student centered activity on the concept of manorialism in the Medieval Age. The students will label and color a map of a typical manor (the students use the picture located in the reading to label the manor they have to fill in), read about what manorialism was and how it worked and finally the students demonstrate their learning by answering questions on the reading. This is a great activity to introduce, assess understanding or reteach the topic of manorialism. This product would also be ideal to leave for a substitute if you need a quick lesson that actually will teach your class something.
This product was developed based on the Texas World History Standard:
WH.4B Readiness Standard
- Describe the major characteristics of and the factors contributing to the development of the political/social system of feudalism and the economic system of Manorialism.
The download is an editable Word Doc that includes a key for the map and the questions.
