Description
We have produced this product to support our children who are at home distance learning. We want them to continue to learn their times tables, and therefore we have provided them each with a set of these cards.
Included in this product:
- 132 multiplication cards, each with its own question from 1 x 2 to 12 x 12 (color)
- 132 division cards, each with its own question (color)
- 132 multiplication cards - as color version but in black and white
- 132 division cards - as color version but in black and white
As can be seen, this product, when downloaded, can either be printed in color or black and white to save printer ink.
Organisation is easy:
- Print the cards in either color or black and white.
- Cut out each of the cards and group within the times tables.
- Shuffle the cards to mix up the questions.
- If using independently, place the cards face down and turn over a card at a time and answer the questions.
- If working in pairs, one person to show the card, the second person to answer the questions. The first person responds with either correct or wrong.
- Wrong answers should be placed back in the pile to review again when the card comes back around.
- Correct answers are given to the person to show they know that question.
Lots of other games can be developed with these cards:
- Place all 132 cards together for multiplication or division.
- Shuffle the cards.
- How many can be answered in one minute?
- How many can be answered before one is wrong?
- Place all 264 cards from both multiplication and division together.
- Shuffle the cards.
- How many can be answered in 1, 2, 3 minutes?
- How many can be answered before one is wrong?
- How many can be answered correctly out of 264?
With any errors, use these as learning points.
- Record mistakes
- Rewrite the question and add the answer
- Display on the wall - review regularly.
- Next time the game is played, are these answers now correct?
Thank you for visiting our store - we hope that your students enjoy these resources as much as ours and continue to learn their math!
Best wishes
