Description
World Geography students will get an overview of the history of Mexico by going on a gallery walk (or using it as a PowerPoint) and completing a note guide (timeline, fill in the blank, short answer, true/false/fix, and matching).
They will then complete a jigsaw (or it can be used as stations) to learn about life in modern day Mexico (economy, government, culture, religion, challenges, etc). The jigsaw includes a reading page, cloze passage, vocabulary, review questions, true/false/fix, and an extension task.
The presentation has been included as a PDF and PowerPoint for your convenience. A teacher information page and the answers are included where appropriate.
