Description

Passive Income 101 Podcast + Infographic - Print & Digital - Passive Income Lesson for Students

Looking for a way to teach passive income to your students but don't know where to start? This podcast by Jenna Kutcher from The Goal Digger Podcast titled Passive Income: 101. How YOU Can Make Money While You Rest covers basic tips to consider when starting out your own passive income stream. I like that it emphasizes that a person needs to put in hard work before they see a real profit and that it is not a simple get-rich system. This podcast is about 37 minutes long, making it an easy addition to your Economics, Social Studies, Consumer Spending, or Life Skills curriculum!

This resource comes as a Google Drive resource. When you download this resource, you will see the terms of use and printing notes. On the printing notes page, you will have a link to the Google Drive folder. You will need to make a copy of the material if you would like to edit it. All of these instructions, including a step-by-step visual guide on how to use this resource, is included in the terms of use. If you would like to print the resource material, you can do so. Simply go to "File," "Download," and "PDF" to save the resource as a PDF and print!

What is included in this purchase?

  • 20 questions for students to answer as they listen to the Podcast (questions go in chronological order)
  • Pictures for students to color while listening (to help with concentration)
  • Note-taking column
  • Reflection question at the end
  • Teacher answer key (not included in preview)
  • Optional infographic extension activity
    • Students will research additional methods of earning passive income and rank them from 1-10, which 1 being the option they could most likely use

I am a massive supporter of passive income. It may take a while for students to find their groove, but having passive income provides additional income and a safety net. I personally advocate for everyone to have at least one (and hopefully multiple) avenues of passive income. But the catch is that they have to be willing to put in the work.

If you want to get an even more in-depth look at this product, please check out the PreviewI have included pictures of the Podcast worksheet. Please note the answer key is NOT included in this preview to ensure answer key security.

Best yet, all of these items are editable. If you need to change or adapt them to fit your curriculum or classroom needs, you have the power to do that.

Happy teaching!
